Corporate Divestitures: A Mergers and Acquisitions Best Practices Guide, 1st Edition, William J. Gole

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0470180005/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0470180005&linkCode=as2&tag=bestaccounting-20

Providing practical application of best practices employed in the divestiture process, Corporate Divestitures provides you with detailed guidance on how your corporation should handle a divestiture. It provides a structured approach that emphasizes disciplined execution and illustrative documents and application aids that can be adapted for use in real-world situations.

Almost any business person would rather do an acquisiton than a divestiture - making a no-nonsense business approach a must. This comprehensive guide takes you through all the steps. From the initial strategic discussion which centers on analytics instead of emotional political biases or 'sacred' company history; to the project management of the sale transaction; to the softer human issues (which are usually given inadequate analysis). If you are looking for a pragmatic guide to a process that can get emotionally charged - this is your book.

The best thing about the topic is the hands-on approach to the topic. Haven't seen anything like it in Merger and Acquisition literature. Two authors who clearly know their stuff.

I would definitely recommend this book if you are interested in expanding your knowledge of corporate divestitures. Much better than many M&A books I have read.

Detailed, comprehensive and nuanced: the info is presented in a variety of ways made easy for every type of reader. Each systematic analysis is accessible via key-point charts, procedural outlines, step charts, & schedule charts - as well as lucid text. I would not have expected sections on preparing a data room, selection & structuring of so many functional prep teams, how-to's on retention planning, post-deal process assessment, etc. Inspires total confidence. Referenced with a 7-page Index.

Business Forecasting with Business ForecastX, 6th Edition, J. Holton Wilson

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0073373648/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0073373648&linkCode=as2&tag=megatron09-20

The Sixth Edition of Business Forecasting is the most practical forecasting book on the market with the most powerful software—Forecast X. This edition presents a broad-based survey of business forecasting methods including subjective and objective approaches. As always, the author team of Wilson and Keating deliver practical how-to forecasting techniques, along with dozens of real world data sets while theory and math are held to a minimum. This Sixth Edition includes Forecast X software updated for Excel 2007 and Vista. Forecast X is the most comprehensive software tool available in this market and the new version is also backwards compatible for XP Excel 2003 systems. This Excel-based tool effectively uses wizards and many tools to make forecasting easy and understandable.

About the Author
Software company producing Forecast X, which will accompany this edition of BUSINESS FORECASTING.

Wilson and Keating's "Business Forecasting" is an accessible introduction to practical forecasting. There is little explicit treatment of the statistical properties of the methods used, but the practical examples (which are numerous) show the effects of those properties. The methods should get a manager or engineer through most situations that require a justifiable forecast. I'm a bug on references, and there were an adequate number of them, but it would have been better if the reason each work was cited was specified.

This book is also, in practice, the user manual for the descriptive statistics / forecasting package 'SORITEC,' which is bound with the book. As such, it is absolutely required for beginning users of the package. The features of SORITEC which are covered are covered well, but that sharpens my wish that there would be at least a short description and a few references for the features not used in the main presentation.

In summary, a fine book for the 'dirty hands' crowd of forecasters; not bad for the 'ivory tower' crowd either, but not quite enough for the latter

I read this book for an MBA course on business forecasting. It is well written and very easy to understand. I do not have time to spend reading dense textbooks that get lost in academic jargon. This book gets right to the point. Most importantly, every chapter concludes with an application of the lessons learned using the Forecast X software. The book also uses very practical examples such as Gap sales data that everyone can relate to.

Prior to reading this book, I had no background in business forecasting. Today, I feel confident in my abilities to prepare, analyze, interpret, and communicate forecasts because of the lessons and practice problems in this book. The software is easy to install as an add-in for Excel. The interface is simple to use and eased my fears of being lost in a complex software package.

This is a great book to learn business forecasting.

Business Forecasting is an excellent resource for students who want to learn how forecasting is really done. The book is clear, concise, and well structured. Wilson and Keating provide an excellent foundation for students to understand the forecasting process and quickly build on this foundation. The comments from "real-world" practitioners provide a practical perspective to help students appreciate the concepts presented in the book.

The ForecastX software from John Galt Solutions (included with book) is the most comprehensive forecasting toolkit available. The students who take the time to learn the software through the text will certainly gain a marketable skillset. Because the software is easy to use and reliable, I was able to quickly apply the lessons from the text to create sophisticated and powerful forecasts. Moreover, students learn how to interpret and communicate the most important components of each forecasting method.

The software accompanying the book also includes all the data used in the text examples and chapter ending problems. This provides students with many opportunities to practice each forecasting technique. I found that practicing the chapter ending problems were a strong way to solidify the concepts presented in the text and learn when to apply each technique.

Put Options : How to Use This Powerful Financial Tool for Profit & Protection, 1st Edition, Jeffrey Cohen

From the Back Cover
A Revolutionary Program for Dramatically Improving Your Stock Market Performance While Insuring Against Market Freefalls

To increase their overall stock market returns, investors have been told for decades that they must first increase their risks. Problem is, millions of investors who bought into that line of thinking were caught blindside by recent market downturns--without ever knowing there was a better way.

Put Options outlines a better way, one that isn't built on pie-in-the-sky, get-rich-quick premises and promises. It introduces a powerful way to trade and invest that allows you to participate in stock market profits without incurring undue risk. The secret is in using put options, versatile instruments that allow you to increase per-dollar returns while hedging against sudden and devastating market downturns. Let Put Options show you how to:

Profit even when you've guessed wrong
Weather down markets with your equity virtually intact
Invest only in the world's most well-known, successful companies

The potential rewards of owning stock are substantial; so too, as recent markets have proven, are the risks. Let Put Options show you a new way to invest, one that significantly limits your downside risk when compared to stock ownership as it helps you pocket consistent profits in today's challenging financial marketplace.

"I think one of the best gifts any investor could bestow upon his or her financial planner or stockbroker is a copy of this book."--Donald Moine, Ph.D., Financial Planning Columnist, From the Preface

If you are like most investors, you would leap at the opportunity to earn consistent double-digit stock market returns with greatly reduced risk. Put Options introduces you to an innovative, proven program designed to do just that--produce consistent and regular stock market returns while minimizing the risk of losing those returns during a down market.

The secret, in a nutshell, is in implementing a low-maintenance, easy-to-follow program of selling puts on quality stocks while hedging those investments by buying puts on the overall market. Far easier to implement and track than it sounds, this strategy is frequently used by institutional investors, whose reputations and careers depend on garnering decent returns without assuming unnecessary risk. Yet, until now, it was considered too complex and high-level for individual investors and traders.

Put Options explains this proven technique in terms that virtually any investor can understand and implement. The rare investment book that supports its claims by providing the actual results of actual trades using actual household-name stocks, Put Options provides a step-by-step template on how you can use author Jeffrey Cohen's SafetyNet program to consistently:

Profit through the use of puts, one of today's most versatile investment tools
Lower your all-important break-even points in up, down, and sideways markets
Protect yourself--and even take home a profit--when stock prices go down

Financial advisors and stockbrokers will do everything in their power to steer you away from option writing as "too risky." Yet they have no problem recommending high-flying stocks they know little or nothing about, then leaving you to fend for yourself when negative news sends those stocks crashing to the ground...

... And you can't afford that kind of advice.

Put Options will change the way you invest by literally changing the way you view investment. It shows you how to invest in today's best blue-chip stocks in such a way as to profit when they do well while protecting yourself when they do poorly. Packed with facts, figures, and actual examples of SafetyNet in action, it unquestionably supports the bottom-line premise that writing options can, if done correctly, be far safer than owning shares of stock--and then shows you exactly how to do it.

Financier: The Biography of André Meyer: A Story of Money, Power, and the Reshaping of American Business (Trailblazers), 1st Edition, Cary Reich

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0471247413/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0471247413&linkCode=as2&tag=bestaccounting-20

"A first-rate biography of an extraordinary man." --Andrew Tobias. David Rockefeller once deemed Andr? Meyer "the most creative financial genius of our time in the investment banking world." Andr? Meyer was also known as "The Picasso of Banking" and "The Incomparable Investor," but probably his most notable achievement was his ability to completely and single-handedly revitalize American business after World War II. Cary Reich presents an illuminating portrait of this ferociously energetic, charming, and ruthless businessman who was a trusted advisor of the Kennedys and an intimate of William Paley and Katherine Graham. Reich goes into detail about Meyer's immigration from Nazi-occupied France, his prowess on the Monopoly board of business, and some of Meyer's lasting business legacies--now household names--including Avis and Holiday Inn. * Includes a new foreword by Cary Reich. Cary Reich (New York, New York) is the former executive editor of Institutional Investor. His most recent book, The Life of Nelson A. Rockefeller, was a finalist for the National Book Award. Mr. Reich is the recipient of numerous journalism awards, including the Overseas Press Award and the John Hancock Award for Excellence in Business and Financial Journalism.

From the Publisher
A new edition of Cary Reich's engaging biography of Andre Meyer. In this new edition of Financier, Cary Reich presents an illuminating portrait of this ferociously energetic, charming, and ruthless businessman who was a trusted advisor of the Kennedys and an intimate of William Paley and Katherine Graham. Reich goes into detail about Meyer's immigration from Nazi-occupied France, his prowess on the Monopoly board of business, and some of Meyer's lasting business legacies-now household names-including Avis and Holiday Inn.

From the Inside Flap
Fortune magazine deemed him "the most important investment banker in the Western world." A ferociously energetic, charming, and ruthless businessman, he had, by the age of forty, helped save the foundering auto giant Citro?n, established France's first consumer finance company, and been awarded the Legion of Honor. He was a trusted adviser of the Kennedys and an intimate of Lyndon Johnson, William Paley, and Katharine Graham. His numerous business accomplishments included the building or revitalizing of such corporate giants as Avis, Holiday inns, Warner-Lambert, and Engelhard Minerals & Chemicals. One of the world's savviest individual investors, he amassed a personal fortune of well over $200 million, yet to his dying day never gave up the search for the ultimate buck. Andr? Meyer, "The Picasso of Banking," was all this-and much more. A man of seemingly endless contradictions, he was respected and admired by many, scorned and disliked by many others. In this riveting, classic biography, renowned author and National Book Award finalist Cary Reich skillfully captures the many facets of this colorful and complex figure, painting an illuminating and captivating portrait of an enigmatic icon who climbed his way from modest beginnings to become what David Rockefeller called "the most creative financial genius of our time in the investment banking world." Born in 1898 in Paris, Andr? Benoit Mathieu Meyer was saddled with adult responsibilities early on, having to provide for his family when his father, an inveterate gambler, "left a vacuum at the head of the household." After getting his professional start at a small Paris bank, he quickly caught the attention of the eminent private banking firm Lazard Fr?res, whose prestigious ranks he joined in 1925.

Within a year, Meyer was made partner. With the advent of World War II, Meyer was forced into exile by the Nazi occupation. Resettling in the United States, he took over Lazard's New York operation, building it into the most venturesome investment bank in America. During the 1940s and 1950s, when industry was thirsting for capital for its relentless growth, he financed anything and everything from Texas ranchland to New York City real-estate projects. In the sixties, when it became clear the big corporations could get bigger only by gobbling up other corporations, Meyer masterfully got the merger-and-acquisition ball rolling, and became the world's most prolific marriage broker for countless corporate combinations. Financier brilliantly captures Meyer's financial wizardry, a phenomenal talent that was tempered only by the volatile tantrums, ruthlessness, and insatiable greed that went hand in hand with his genius. Unveiling the dueling sides of his complex personality, this absorbing account shows Meyer at his best-as a father figure for the likes of Felix Rohatyn, his most famous prot?g?, and for Jacqueline Onassis in the years after the assassination-and presents him at his worst-as a tortured and possessive father and a cruel, often vindictive boss. Financier is a work that is as compelling, unforgettable, and monumental as its inimitable subject.

Early-Stage Technologies: Valuation and Pricing (Intellectual Property-General, Law, Accounting & Finance, Management, Licensing, Special Topics), 1st Edition, Richard Razgaitis

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0471328561/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0471328561&linkCode=as2&tag=bestaccounting-20

From the Inside Flap
How is it possible to develop a licensing or purchase value for early-stage technology rights when there are no present customers, no historical data, no cash-flow data, and no demonstration of whether the technology in question will produce the next iMac or the next Edsel? What methods and criteria can potential buyers and sellers use to determine the value and appropriate price of products that are ahead of their time? Early-Stage Technologies is a comprehensive guide to technology risk assessment, valuation, and pricing. It describes in great detail the core concepts, sources of value, methods of valuation, issues involving equity realizations, and overall negotiation strategies to facilitate the licensing or sale of early-stage technologies; and it helps the developers of R&D to value their technologies based on their own needs and arrive at a price that is acceptable to both themselves and the potential buyer/licensee.

Drawing on his own diverse experience in developing, valuing, and licensing intellectual property, author Richard Razgaitis presents a realworld grounded approach to six key methods of valuing technology: use of industry standards, ratings/rankings method, rules of thumb, discounted cash flow, Monte Carlo and other advanced methods, and auctions. He describes the possible components involved in a licensing transaction: rights and other sources of value conveyed by the seller and money and other sources of value conveyed by the buyer, as well as a treatment of risks inherent in future projections. Finally, he explores how the value of licensing agreements can be structured and the principles upon which these structures can be negotiated. For licensing executives, corporate R&D departments, intellectual property consultants, university and government laboratories, attorneys, accountants, and business appraisers and executives, Early-Stage Technologies is a valuable resource that helps minimize uncertainties, characterize risks, and develop rational pricing models so that promising technologies are given every chance to realize their full potential.

From the Back Cover
Comprehensive coverage of the issues, methods, and art of valuing and pricing early-stage technologies To develop or not to develop; to license or not to license; what price will be a true reflection of the product's value from both the buyer's and seller's point of view? These questions are crucial to companies dependent on intellectual property-particularly technology companies, universities, and biotech companies. The risks associated with early-stage technology are high, and decisions must often be made years before any potential product will reach the market. In Early-Stage Technologies: Valuation and Pricing, Richard Razgaitis presents TR-R-A-DE(TM), a comprehensive approach to determining the future of new technologies based on technology rights, risk assignment, the art of deal-making, and deal economics. He considers the key components involved in a licensing transaction, offers a detailed presentation of six valuation methods for intellectual property, examines risk in both quantitative and qualitative terms, and explores the negotiation strategy and structuring of agreements that are the keys to the art of technology rights deal-making. Early-Stage Technologies is an indispensable tool for anyone involved in the development, valuation, and licensing of intellectual property, the most valuable resource and driving force of the information age.

About the Author
RICHARD RAZGAITIS is a consultant in licensing and technology commercialization. He is currently affiliated with IPC Group LLC, a company specializing in valuation and strategic management of intellectual property. For more than ten years he was Vice President of Technology Commercialization for Battelle and Bellcore, and involved in numerous license negotiations covering a broad range of technologies, from Advanced Materials and Processes to Software to Telecommunications and Networks. He has negotiated technology licenses with Fortune 50 companies as well as with 50-person companies, including spin-offs and start-ups. He has negotiated licenses in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia.

I enjoyed reading Dr. Razgaitis book on the Early -Stage Technologies. It covered the different basic approaches to valuation. I specifically liked his analysis of the 25% rule and the Monte Carlo method for valuations. These two methods are on opposite ends of the difficulty spectrum of valuations. The details mentioned in those two methods has allowed me to strengthen the valuation reports that we do at Inavisis, Inc.

I also liked Chapter five which covers the Rating/ranking method to determine valuation. Although the chapter was general in nature, it outlined the basic principles that appraisal professional use in their valuation report and in litigation environment to support their analysis.

I use the stories outlined in the book in many of my valuation training courses. Dr. Razgaitis book is a must for the libraries of appraisal professional.

The Auditor: An Instructional Novella, 1st Edition, James Loebbecke

This unique book reaches beyond the abstract theory presented in most standard textbooks to portray the principles and practices of Auditing as they are actually applied in the workplace. The novella—which forms a single, on-going, fictional case study meant to supplement a text—traces the professional life of Jack Butler, graduate of Farwestern University and current CPA As readers progress, they share with Jack, his clients, and colleagues various aspects of a typical career in public accounting—aspects students will most likely encounter during their own careers.

This is a nice resource for audit students or new auditors. I doubt it would be entertaining for most others. The book was written as an "instructional novella" for students and it offers some good information on public accounting audit careers.

The story follows the career of a fictional auditor in a large, fictional firm in Oakland, California. He goes through various typical experiences to give students insight into what public accounting and auditing is really like. This is the type of information that is hard for students to come by. The story follows the career of a star, and may create an overly optimistic impression of what an audit career might be like. But the author also throws in some of the negatives. The narrator is asked by both managers and clients to makes some questionable moves, and he and others suffer from the grind of being over-worked, and even outside of the expected busy season. He also points out that pay is not quite in balance with the level of work and responsibility.

I think this book would have been better if it didn't focus on a fast-rising star. The narrator made partner at age 32, after nine years, which seems pretty fast to me. The book does offer some good information and helps new auditors know some of what is coming, but I wouldn't expect most careers to follow this path. However, I would still recommend it for anyone who is considering a career in public accounting.

If you are reading this review, you probably have to buy The Auditor for a class like I did. It gives a somewhat accurate portrayal of auditing life for Jack in a large firm from his college choices to making partner. However, Jack comes across as almost perfect. The book describes his rise to partner and goes into several situations he faced along the way. Every time Jack came out looking like the perfect employee.

The book was written in the 90’s and needs to be updated for changes in technology and changes in women in public accounting. There are a few fairly sexist stories about how women are treated in public accounting. If you don’t have to buy it, don’t. Rent it or borrow it from a friend. Most paperbacks can be bought for $5-$15 and this one is way over-priced for what you get.

Customer service was very helpful. There was a problem in the manufacturing of the book (book was bound backwards).

Core Concepts of Accounting, 2nd Edition, Cecily A. Raiborn

Raiborn arms accountants with the resources they need to understand key financial and managerial accounting concepts. Visual Recaps are provided to illustrate significant topics in a pictorial manner or summarized in a table. Each chapter contains a summary, key terms list, and a variety of questions, exercises, problems, and short cases. Accounting Information for Decision Making sections are designed to emphasize a user perspective of accounting information. Accountants will also find discussions of international financial reporting standards (IFRSs) to gain a global perspective.

It can get a little confusing, this accounting stuff, but this book uses a lot of examples and has a lot of practice at the end of each chapter.

On time and exactly what I needed. It was in great shape. I will be able to sale this product with how nice it is.

I used this textbook in my first accounting class. The book was easy to read and the problems at the end of the chapter were not too difficult but helped me understand the material better. There were a number of errors in the text and problems but most of them were obvious and easy to see. It would have been nice for the editor to catch these before printing.

You can judge a book by it's cover. This book is too short, the topics are over simplified, and you can't do the homework w/o serious help from someone that already knows accounting. In no way does it teach you anything. The homework at the end of the chapter is difficult. You can't go back to the text to do the homework. If you don't have a good teacher, you are up a creek without a paddle. It's a cheap book brought to you by the publishers that are responsible for some of the Idiot books. It does not belong in a graduate level program.

Value Maps: Valuation Tools That Unlock Business Wealth, 1st Edition, Warren D. Miller

Praise for VALUE MAPS
"Equivocator, Explorer, Experimenter, Exploiter, Extender—Chapter 12 might be well served as mandatory reading for all subject matter experts! SPARC is not a valuation, per se, but rather a separate consulting engagement that might interest a client—especially if that client is preparing for a sale or planning an exit strategy. Miller has taken the good ideas from five disciplines and married them with value enhancement, creating what could become a very good 'add-on' consulting engagement. NACVA recommends, and looks forward to, further dialogue related to this new approach. This book will open your eyes to new opportunities." —Parnell Black, MBA, CPA, CVA, Chief Executive Officer, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA)

"No one illuminates the murky intersection where business strategy and private company value creation meet better than Warren Miller. Now he's focused his extensive professional training and real-world experience to produce this intellectually rich, yet down-to-earth and fun-to-read road map we can all use. Business owners and leaders, financial analysts, management consultants, wealth managers, CPAs, business brokers, private equity investors, business appraisers—no one should plan to increase the value of an enterprise without Value Maps in their passenger seat." —David Foster, CEO, Business Valuation Resources

"Private-equity analysts do not often come across scholarly and technical professional reading laced with laugh-out-loud moments! Yet this is exactly what one finds in Value Maps. Warren Miller's advice stems from his career as a finance executive, a CPA, a valuation analyst, and a 'recovering academic.' With pitch-perfect balance, Warren has created both a must-have professional reference guide and a best-practices road map designed to enhance the profitability of your client's business and your own—all in a very readable style with just a 'spoon-full of sugar.' Enjoy the read!" —Gary M. Karlitz, ASA, CPA, Partner-in-Charge, Valuation Services, Forensic Services, and Forensic Accounting, Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP

"Extremely readable, with numerous real-world examples—valuation specialists who don't read this book will soon be looking for a new profession. Miller takes the term 'valuation' to new levels, suggesting that appraisers can indeed add real value to their clients' businesses. Clients should demand that a valuation professional read this book before he or she will be hired." —Alfred M. King, Vice Chairman, Marshall & Stevens, Inc.

From the Inside Flap
Valuing non-public companies is about more than numbers. That is because most closely held companies face no shareholder mandate to maximize profit. Without such pressure, a private company can pursue other objectives, including tax minimization. Not pursuing profit maximization can produce unusual performance metrics that stand out in comparison with industry composites of public companies. These metrics are sometimes superior to those in a composite; more often, they are inferior. In either case, the question is "Why?" To answer it, analysts must uncover underlying cause-and-effect relationships. Those relationships frame the analysis of how a firm creates value or why it doesn't. Private-equity analysts need tools to spot such relationships, gauge why value is or isn't created, and assess the durability of value-creating mechanisms. Traditional tools from finance are no help.

Author, speaker, and valuation expert Warren Miller explains how to guide client companies through self-assessment using the five-dimension SPARC framework: Strategy, People, Architecture, Routines, Culture. This framework helps analysts uncover the cause-and-effect relationships that explain business performance. In conjunction with Excel-based software accessible at wiley.com, the resulting value map lights the way for valuation professionals and consultants to help client companies increase business value.

Value Maps provides thorough coverage of:

Why traditional approaches to valuing a privately owned business are incomplete The one level of the SPARC framework that matters far more than the others Why benchmarking a company against a public-company composite is the first step in value enhancement Using the framework and tools offered by Value Maps, analysts, business appraisers, and consultants are provided with a nuts-and-bolts guide to enhancing the value of businesses in a way that can be replicated across the existing client bases of analysts and consultants.

With twenty-two vignettes illustrating real-world applications of the SPARC framework, Value Maps walks you step by step through a rigorous process to help companies unlock wealth.

Loose Leaf Fundamental Financial Accounting Concepts with Connect Plus, 4th Edition, Thomas Edmonds

Students are often overwhelmed by the amount of information presented in the introductory financial accounting course. By focusing on fundamental concepts in a logical sequence, students are able to fully comprehend the material rather than memorize seemingly unrelated terms and topics. The goal of Fundamental Financial Accounting Concepts is to enable students to understand how any given business event affects the financial statements. The "financial statements model" is a highly praised feature because it allows students to visualize the simultaneous impact of business events on all of the key financial statements (the income statement, the balance sheet, and the statement of cash flows).

Don't throw away the plastic wrap- it has a card with the connect code in it! Of course, ours is gone so my husband will have to purchase a membership separately. Bummer. Also, the loose leaf is flimsy, as expected. The pages, particularly the first and last, have already fallen out of the three ring binder. I have to now go buy hole reinforcers to keep the rest of the book together. For the extra money I wish we bought the regular text book. Live and learn.

As for content- typical introductory accounting book. It's required, not as if we can choose which to buy. So enjoy?

James Lam has written a remarkably clear and relevant portrayal of how [enterprise] risk management can be used to deliver real value in any business.

Review
"I like the way that the book is laid out and the extra materials that come with it. It is so much easier to organize lectures, homework, and class activities. For the average student, I believe that it is easier to understand."

"I like the structure and the layout of the book. The examples are straight-forward, and ones the students can identify with. There are many exercises and problems for practicing and reinforcing the material from the chapter. I find the Excel activities useful for students to review the material again and for them to work with Excel. I am very happy with the text."
